Previously worked as Special Public Prosecutor cum Legal Advisor at Anti Corruption Bureau, Telangana State. In the capacity of Guest Faculty she taught many Probationary Sub-Inspectors and Police officers at Police Academy, Hyderabad.

Shri P. Mohan Rao Garu, is a retired District Judge hails from a legal family. He practiced as an advocate since 1978 in both Civil and Criminal laws. Sir is an expert
in Tenancy Laws, Trade Marks and Accident Claims. Sir has been selected as Judicial
Officer in the year 1987 and worked in several places in Andhra Pradesh in different
capacities. Sir has been promoted as Senior Civil Judge and acted as Secretary
District Legal Services authority and conducted several Lok Adalat. Sir has been
Additional District and Sessions Judge and worked in A. P Judicial Academy and
trained several Judicial Officers. Sir has also worked as CBI Court Judge in
Visakhapatnam and Secretary High Court Legal Services Committee and conducted
Lok Adalats in District Head Quarters. He was responsible for settlement of High
Court cases of Land Acquisition of Singareni colonies. Sir has been retired as
Special Judge for trial of cases under SC and ST Act, Mahaboob Nagar, in the year
2014. After his retirement, sir worked as President of Consumer Forum
Machilipatnam till 2019. He is now a guest faculty in the Judicial Academy and a
few law schools and in PALSARH.

Born on 10th October, 1960 to late Sri G.Visweswara Rao and Smt. G.Shanta.
She did her graduation in Science from M.R. College For Women, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh (Andhra University, Visakhapatnam). Graduated in Law from Rourkela Law College (Sambalpur University) in the year of 1986. After graduation she joined in the office of Sri A. K. Sahoo, Senior Advocate and practiced in the Civil side at Rourkela District, Sundargarh, in the Subordinate and District Courts, Odisha and thereafter joined in the office of Sri A. Ranga Chary and practiced in the Civil and Revenue side in the erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad between 2002 to 2005. Ma’am has been appointed in Higher judicial service as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh State in the year of 2005 and promoted as District and Sessions Judge in the year of 2016 Sridevi Ma’am had Elevated to the Bench as Additional Judge, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad on 22nd November 2018 and has been transferred and assumed charge as Additional Judge of High Court of Telangana on 15th May, 2019. Thereafter she has been appointed as Judge of High Court for the State of Telangana and assumed charge as such on 19-11-2020. Ma’am has the honor of The First Woman judge of High Court of Telangana. Sri devi mam has retired as High Court Judge of Telangana in October, 2022. She has rendered her services to Indian judiciary as Judge for 17 years.

Shri. Rao Prior to being Director of PALSAR educated great many Police Officers and Prosecutors at A.P. Police Academy, where he worked as Faculty member. He did his M.L from Andhra University.
